HONE by Scott Cummings

I'm Scott, Dad to Theo, and a personal trainer from the UK. For more than 10 years I have coached women and men to become stronger, more physically capable, healthier individuals. 

From a young age I held a passion for sports, in 2011 this led me to sports development studies at Worcester University. From there a love for coaching grew. 

Fast forward over decade, I am now an experienced pre- and post-natal coach, with certifications in exercise for the disabled, GP prescribed referral training, and training with adolescents. 

Seeing the lack of correct physical training that was offered to my wife Laura whilst she was pregnant stirred me into thinking "what could I do for these new mums?"

Then experiencing first-hand, the physical requirements that are essential for parenting an excitable young child - I realised my knowledge could be a game changer for young parents. 

All of this has led to HONE. I love helping people, and I want to show as many parents as possible that they can live a balanced family orientated lifestyle that doesn't disregard their own fitness and life goals.
